Description of key information

The LC50(96h) of CA 2342A was determined to be > 100 mg/l based on the nominal concentration. The test was carried out as limit test according to the OECD Guideline 203. Using the classification range given in Annex VI of the Directive 67/548/EEC, CA 2342A is “non-toxic to fish” based on the inherent toxicity of CA 2342A in this test alone. The NOEC (96h) was 100 mg/l.
Based on the similarity of the measured concentrations of CA 2342A at the start and the end of the exposure, the test substance was stable in the test solutions over the period of the test.
