Conclusion on classification

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The test substance was found to be not readily biodegradable under the test conditions. The determined 48 h EC50 for Daphnia magna was 96.5 mg/L and the 72 h EC50 value for green algae was 23.6 mg/L.

Based on these results, the substance is classified for chronic aquatic toxicity into Category 3 and labelled with H412 (Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), as amended for the fifteenth time in Regulation (EU) No 2020/1182.
