The measured pH value of 10 g/L of the test item solution was 5.48, which was close to neutral. The titration method was not applicable.

The conductivity of the test solution with the change of concentration was not different from that of the blank aqueous solution, so the conductivity method was not suitable.

The test item and blank buffer were edge absorption and had interference, so the spectrophotometry method was not applicable.

In summary, the titration method, conductivity method and spectrophotometry method were all not suitable for determining the dissociation constant of the test item in water. The dissociation constant of the test item cannot be obtained.
