Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

In vitro test system

Details on the study design:
A valid KeratinoSensTMassay was performed according to OECD 442D and GLP. For the KeratinoSensTMassay 03590was dissolved in ethanolat 5 mg/mL. From this stock 11 spike solutions in ethanolwere prepared. The stock and spike solutions were diluted 400-fold in the assay resulting in test concentrations of 0.006 -13μg/mL(2-fold dilution series)in the first and second experiment and resulting in test concentrations of 0.15 -13μg/mL (1.5-fold dilution series) in the third experiment. The highest test concentration was considered to be the limit of solubility. Noprecipitate was observed at any dose level tested
