Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

For PNEC derivation according to the equilibrium partitioning method, a Koc value is required. As it was not mandatory to have a log Koc value measured experimentally (the substance and its degradation products decompose rapidly), a value was estimated from the available log Kow value using the following equation from TGD Part III (for nonhydrophobic substances): log Koc = 0.52 x log Kow + 1.02 = 0.188 and Koc = 1.54.
