During the study, thermal activity with an onset of approximately 32°C was observed. It was suspected this was due to the test substance softening. After this event test substance followed oven temperature for test duration with no exothermic event. No test substance remained in the test basket upon completion of the test. The test substance did not reach 400°C by self-heating.

Under the study conditions, no self-ignition of the test substance was observed.

A study was conducted to determine the relative self-ignition temperature of the test substance according to EU Method A16, in compliance with GLP.
