Justification for data waiving:

Justification for type of information:
The substance doesn’t contain functional groups which can react with water in the OECD 111 test conditions (pH 4-9, 25 °C). The present double bonds-C = C-or-N = N- only might react with strong acids (pH << 4) to give new structures. Therefore the structure of the Direct Black RBB molecule is not altered when reacts with water under these conditions and that goes to the conclusion that the Hydrolysis test as a function of pH does not apply.
