No effects were seen at doses up to 1000 mg/kg bw when dosed by oral gavage. Parameters evaluated include clinical signs, weight gain, necropsy findings, food consumption, mating performance, fertility, pup weight, litter size and survival.


Short description of key information:
An NOEL of 1000 mg/kg bw was determined when tested according to OECD 421 test method.
