Vapour pressure of test item at 20ºCand 25ºC was calculated on the basis of equation log (p) = f (1/t) = a-b/(t+273.15) where:

p – vapour pressure in Pa,

t – temperature inºC,

a- 17.5835

b- 5124.17

R2- 0.9948

obtained for four measurement points: 28.4 32.5, 36.7 and 40.9ºC.

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the tested item is 1.27 Pa (20ºC) and 2.49 Pa (25ºC).
Executive summary:

In accordance with OECD 104 (EEC A4) and GLP study, the vapour pressure was determinated using Effusion method: Knudsen cell possessing 0,1 mm orifice diameter. Vapour pressure was determinated by estimation of the masse of tested substance flowing out per unit of time of a Knudsen cell in the form of vapour, through a micro-orifice of 0.1 mm diameter, under ultravacuum conditions.The vapour pressure of the tested item is 1.27 Pa (20ºC) and 2.49 Pa (25ºC).
