Additional information

One experimental study is available investigating the short-term effects of the substance to aquatic invertebrates (Scheerbaum, 2016). The study was performed under static conditions according to OECD 202 (GLP) with the water flea Daphnia magna. Based on a range finding test, concentrations of 0.173, 0.350, 0.775, 1.62 and 3.10 mg/L were defined. Test concentrations were verified by SPME-GC-MS at the beginning and at the end of the exposure period. 76 to 93% of the test item was recovered after 48 h. Immobilisation of D. magna was observed after 48 h resulting in an EC50 of 0.418 mg/L based on measured concentrations (geom. mean).
