Three QSAR models have been used to give an indication of the toxicity of 1,3-butadiene to Daphnia.
The calculated freshwater invertebrate (Daphnia magna) 48-hour EC50 for 1,3-butadiene is 33 mg/l from the equation recommended in the TGD (Verhaar et al, 1995)
