Calibration Curve of standard solutions (concentration range 0.054 – 1.08 mg/L test substance)

The limit of quantification (LOQ) of the analytical method was set to 0.1 mg/L. For this concentration a high signal to noise ratio > 10 was obtained. The analytical method ensures a specific and sensitive determination of the test item.

Based on a preliminary test the concentration of the dissolved amount of the test item in the aqueous test solutions was determined in a first step by total organic carbon (TOC).

In addition, the concentration of the main component of the test item in the aqueous test solutions was determined specifically by HPLC-MS-analysis reaching a lower limit of quantification. The test item is determined to be insoluble in demineralized water within the test duration and remains as an undissolved solid residue. Water solubility at 20 °C and pH6 : < 0.1 mg/L.
