Any other information on results incl. tables

After i.p. injection of 1.0 or 1.25 mmoles/kg in male
Fischer 344 rats (>= 4 per group), reduced urin output,
reduced kidney weight, tubular casts and a reduced
accumulation of p-aminohippurate and tetraethylammonium by
renal cortical slices obtained from treated animals was
observed 24 hours p.a.. Blood urea nitrogen levels were
increased significantly at both concentrations.
Morphological changes in the kidneys were minor. Hepatic
alterations were characterised by elevated plasma ALT/GTP
levels and morphological changes in the centrilobular
region.
