Description of key information
Data waiving: Dichloroacetyl chloride hydrolyzes immediately forming dichloroacetic acid (79–43–6) & hydrochloric acid. The Dichloroacetic acid calculated data is given: Log Kow (KOWWIN v1.67 estimate) = 0.52.

Additional information
Dichloroacetylchloride hydrolyses very rapidly which is not accounted for in EPIWIN. So, log Pow =-0.04 was replaced by the value calculated for dichloroacetic acid, i.e. log Pow = 0.52.
