Toxicity to reproduction: other studies

Additional information

Reproductive toxicology studies, performed by oral route administration of benzadac lysine, showed that doses up to 50 mg/kg in mice, 200 mg in rats, 30 mg in rabbits did not influence the fertility and general reproductive performance, as well as the postnatal development, nor they caused embryotoxic of teratogenic effects. The findings at higher doses were mainly related to maternal toxicity.
