Experimental techniques are available for the determination of dissociation constant of a substance. These tests are described in OECD 112. They are Titration method, Spectrophotometric method and Conductometric method. The described tests cannot to be carried out because the substance, reacts with water, hence an estimation based on a calculation has been carried out.

Comments.

Due to the nature of the test material, several runs were performed before consistent results were obtained at each test temperature. At 20°C a time of 324 sec, 356 sec and 311 secods were initially obtained from analysis with viscometer size 7. At 40°C a time of 1847 seconds was also obsrved from analysis with viscometer size 4.
