Additional information

One study investigating the acute toxicity of the substance to aquatic invertebrates is available. The study was conducted according to OECD guideline 202, part I (1984, GLP). Daphnia magna were exposed to nominal test substance concentrations of 4096, 8192 and 10000 mg/L incl. a control. The test solutions were renewed after 24 hours and the test concentration was analytically verified by HPLC. The recovery rates in the freshly prepared and in the aged test solutions were >90%. Thus, the effect concentrations were based on nominal concentrations. An immobilisation of 50% was observed at the highest test concentration of 10000 mg/L after 48 hours. Based on this result an EC50 (48 h) of 10000 mg/L was determined.
