Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Skin sensitisation

Endpoint conclusion
Endpoint conclusion:
no adverse effect observed (not sensitising)
Additional information:

The analogue substance 1 (refer to IUCLID chapter 13) did not cause skin sensitisation in a maximisation test using 50 % as challenge concentration. The registered substance is also not considered to cause skin sensitisation.

Migrated from Short description of key information:
In a Guinea pig maximisation test according to OECD Guideline 406 (Skin Sensitisation) with an analogue substance none of 10 female Dunkin-Hartley guinea pigs showed skin reactions after epidermal challenge at a concentration of 50 %.

Respiratory sensitisation

Justification for classification or non-classification

The analogue substance 1 (refer to IUCLID chapter 13)

did not cause skin sensitisation in a maximisation test using 50 % as challenge concentration. The registered substance is also not considered to cause skin sensitisation.
