F 46 Black is a reaction product of Acid Yellow 42, Acid Black 2 and Basic Violet 1. In conclusion, the water solubility of F 46 Black was determined to be slightly soluble and < 1 mg/L, based on the following individual peaks:

Peak 1: 0.27 +/- 0.015 mg/L

Peak 2: 0.20 +/- 0.010 mg/L

Peak 3: 0.15 +/- 0.012 mg/L
