Additional information

The short-term toxicity of Y-15864 (CAS 76524-94-2) to fish was investigated in a GLP guideline study (Liedtke, 2012). The semi-static test was performed according to OECD 203 with the zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio), exposed to a limit concentration of nominal 120 mg/L. The test substance concentration was analysed using GC-analysis and resulted in a concentration of 119 mg/L (arithmetic mean of the geometric mean). No mortality and no signs of intoxication were observed after 96 h. Therefore, this study resulted in a LC50 of > 119 mg/L. The NOEC was derived to be >= 119 mg/L.
