Executive summary:

The substance was tested for flammability according to VDI 2263 sheet. When using a flame as ignition source the sample showed first liquefaction and then encrustation of the surface. No flame was observed. When using a hot platinum wire as ignition source first liquefaction and the also encrustation of the surface was observed but also a short flame but without propargation of the flame.

The buring behaviour of the substance can be rated as combustion index 2: brief ignition and rapid extinction
