First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Person sofort an die frische Luft bringen.
Bei Atemstillstand künstliche Beatmung durchführen.
Bei Atembeschwerden Sauerstoff geben.
Nach Einatmen größerer Staubmengen Arzt konsultieren.
"ENGLISH"
Remove the affected person to the fresh air.
In the case of cessation of breathing, perform artificial
respiration.
In the case of breathing difficulties, administer oxygen.
After inhalation of large quantities of dust, seek medical
advice.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Sofort gründlich mit viel Wasser ausspülen;
Arzt konsultieren.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse thoroughly with large quantities of water immediately.
Seek medical advice.
Verunreinigte Kleidung entfernen. Vor erneutem Gebrauch
waschen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash off thoroughly with large quantities of soap and water
immediately. Remove contaminated clothing. Wash before
re-use.
"ENGLISH"
Provided that the person is conscious, rinse mouth
with sufficient quantities of water. Seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Wassersprühstrahl, Kohlendioxid, Schaum, Trockenlöschmittel.
Wahl richtet sich nach Brandumfang und örtlichen
Gegebenheiten.
Bei Umgebungsbrand Behälter mit Sprühwasser kühlen, falls
möglich aus dem Brandbereich entfernen.
"ENGLISH"
Directed water spray, carbon dioxide, foam, dry
extinguishing agents. The choice is dependent on the extent
of the fire and local conditions.
In the case of fire in the immediate surrounding area, cool
the containers with water spray, if possible, remove from
the area of the fire.
Product arising from burning: Kohlenstoffoxide, Stickstoffoxide, Schwefeloxide
"ENGLISH"
Carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Atemschutzmaske, Atemschutzgerät, Schutzkleidung.
Abhängig von Brandumfang und örtlichen Gegebenheiten.
"ENGLISH"
Mask, respirator, protective clothing. Dependent on the
extent of the fire and local conditions.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Pulver mechanisch aufnehmen, z.B. durch zugelassene
Verbrennungsanlage entsorgen.
Atem-, Haut- und Augenschutz erforderlich. Staub nicht
einatmen. Betroffene Zone nach völliger Beseitigung des
Materials gründlich lüften und reinigen.
"ENGLISH"
Take up powder mechanically, e.g. by means of an industrial
vacuum cleaner of approved type and fill into labelled,
closable containers. Observing local/official regulations
dispose of, e.g. at a suitable landfill or incineration
plant.
Respiratory, skin and eye protection required. Do not
inhale dust. After complete removal of the material,
thoroughly air and clean the affected area.
Handling and storage
sollten in geschlossenen bzw. zumindest staubdichten
Vorrichtungen ausgeführt werden.
Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub
unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden.
Wenn technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich
oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz (z.B. Dräger
Panorama Nova mit Filter A2B2) getragen werden.
Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (z.B. Gummihandschuhe) und ggf. geeignete
Schutzkleidung (z.B.
verwenden.
"ENGLISH"
All work processes must be designed in such a way that the
exposure by skin contact and possibly by inhalation of the
substance is as low as possible.
Filling, transfer, metering work as well as sampling should
be performed in closed or at least dustproof equipment.
In the case of handling in open systems, any dust that may
form should be extracted directly at the point of origin.
If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not
possible or are insufficient, respiratory protection (e.g.
Dräger Panorama Nova with Filter A2B2) should be worn.
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g. rubber
gloves) and, if appropriate, suitable protective clothing
(e.g. disposable protective suit) should be worn.
Sufficient washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the work area.
After skin contact, the affected parts of the body should be
immediately thoroughly cleaned with large quantities of soap
and water.
If there is the possibility of dust forming, possible
ignition sources should be removed from the work area due to
the potential risk of explosion. In addition, measures
should be taken to avoid static discharge. Do not use any
sparking devices or tools.
Storage: Behälter dicht geschlossen halten und kühl und
trocken aufbewahren. Lagerräume nach den Grundsätzen einer
guten Betriebshygiene unterhalten.
Angebrochene Gebinde nach Gebrauch wieder dicht
verschließen. Produktreste auf den Gebinden vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Keep containers tightly closed and store them in a cool and
dry place. Maintain storage areas according to the
principles of good industrial hygiene.
Close opened packing drums tightly again after use. Avoid
product residues on the packing drums.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Fibertrommeln mit PE-Einstellsack oder PE-Fässer
