Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
As the determined surface tension of test item was lower than 60 mN/m (between 54.91 and 57.43 mN/m), the test item can be classified as surface active.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of the aqueous solution of the test item was determined according to OECD 115 resp. EU A.5.

The surface tension was determined as 57.00 +/- 0.17mM/m at 20.0 +/- 0.3°C in a concentration of 1 g/L. One measurement was performed for verification and no significant changes and no significant dependance on time were observed.

The substance is considered as surface active as the obtained result is <60mM/m.
