Conclusions:
The acute toxicity of Hydrocarbons, C12-C16, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, alkenes to Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) was determined. The 96-h LL50 > 100 mg/L loading rate WAF.
Executive summary:

In a reliable 96-h acute toxicity study Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed to Hydrocarbons, C12-C16, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, alkenes at measured WAF of 100 mg/L under semi-static conditions following OECD 203 guidelines.  The 96 -h LL50was > 100 mg/L, based on mortality.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of Hydrocarbons, C12-C16, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, alkenes to Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) was determined in a GLP study. The 96-h LL50 was > 100 mg/L loading rate WAF. No toxicity was observed at the level of water solubility.
