Description of first aid measures

First-aid measures general: Call a physician immediately.

First-aid measures after inhalation: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a physician immediately. Call a doctor.

First-aid measures after skin contact: Wash skin with plenty of water. Take off contaminated clothing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

First-aid measures after eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a physician immediately.

First-aid measures after ingestion:  Call a poison center or a doctor if you feel unwell.

Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed

Symptoms/effects: Fatal if inhaled. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye damage.

Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed

Treat symptomatically.

Extinguishing media

Suitable extinguishing media: Water spray. Dry powder. Foam. Carbon dioxide (CO2).

Do not allow run-off from fire fighting to enter drains or water courses. Eliminate all ignition sources if safe to do so. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Evacuate personnel to a safe area. Fight fire from safe distance and protected location.

Precautions for safe handling       : Always wash hands after handling the product. Avoid breathing (dust, vapor, mist, gas). Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid creating or spreading dust. Avoid handling which leads to dust formation. Avoid ignition sources. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Do not eat and do not drink during use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Emergency eye wash fountain with clean water. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.

Hygiene measures: Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling the product.

Technical measures: Keep container tightly closed and dry. Containers which are opened should be properly resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Keep in original containers.
