First-aid measures

Skin contact: Remove all contaminated clothes and footwear immediately unless stuck to skin. Obtain

medical attention.

Eye contact: Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention

Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water. Obtain medical attention.

Inhalation: Remove casualty from exposure ensuring one's own safety whilst doing so. Obtain

medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media: Suitable extinguishing media for the surrounding fire should be used. Water. Carbon

dioxide. Dry chemical powder.

Exposure hazards: In combustion emits toxic fumes.

Advice for fire-fighters: Wear protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes. Wear self-contained

breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

If outside keep bystanders

upwind and away from danger point. Mark out the contaminated area with signs and

prevent access to unauthorised personnel. Do not create dust.

Environmental precautions: Do not discharge into drains or rivers.

Clean-up procedures: Clean-up should be dealt with only by qualified personnel familiar with the specific

substance. Avoid creating dust. Use a dust suppressing sweeping aid if necessary.

Transfer to a closable, labelled salvage container for disposal by an appropriate

method.

Handling and storage

Handling requirements: Avoid direct contact with the substance. Ensure there is exhaust ventilation of the area.

Avoid the formation or spread of dust in the air.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Skin contact: There may be irritation and redness at the site of contact.

Eye contact: There may be irritation and redness.

Ingestion: There may be soreness and redness of the mouth and throat.

Inhalation: There may be irritation of the throat with a feeling of tightness in the chest.

Delayed / immediate effects: No data available.

Other information: This substance is not fully tested, avoid contact. The possibility of harmful effects or

irritation after inhalation, swallowing or contact with skin and eyes can not be excluded.

Engineering measures: Ensure there is exhaust ventilation of the area.

Respiratory protection: Air supplied breathing apparatus will be required if closed systems or effective local

exhaust ventilation cannot be provided.

Hand protection: Protective gloves. Gloves should be discarded and replaced if there is any indication of

degradation or chemical breakthrough.

Eye protection: Safety glasses. Ensure eye bath is to hand.

Skin protection: Protective clothing. Contaminated work clothes should be removed and laundered

promptly.

Environmental: Prevent from entering in public sewers or the immediate environment.

Stability and reactivity

Reactivity: Stable under recommended transport or storage conditions.

Chemical stability: Stable under normal conditions.

Hazardous reactions: Hazardous reactions will not occur under normal transport or storage conditions.

Conditions to avoid: Heat. Exposure to elevated temperatures can cause product to decompose.

Materials to avoid: Oxidising agents. Acids. Bases.

Haz. decomp. products: Under normal conditions of transport, storage and use, hazardous decompostion

products should not be produced. Decomposition products depend upon temperature,

air supply and the presence of other materials.

Disposal considerations

Clean-up and disposal should be dealt with only by qualified personnel familiar with the specific

substance. Avoid creating dust. Use a dust suppressing sweeping aid if necessary.

Transfer to a closable, labelled salvage container for disposal by an appropriate

method.
