Acute oral toxicity study was performed in rats using test chemical.50% mortality was observed at dose 2260 mg/kg bw.In Clinical signs observation,changes in blood,change in blood or tissue levels( Transaminases) and Enzyme inhibition, induction were observed.Hence,LD50 value was considered to be 2260 mg/kg bw,when rats were treated with test chemicalorally.
