Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates of the test substance, TM11-0230, was assessed according to OECD Test Guideline 202 using an immobilisation method. Daphnids (20/concentration, 4 replicates of 5 animals) were exposed to nominal concentrations ranging from 1.0, 1.8, 3.2, 5.6 and 10 mg/L.The experimental was under static exposure conditions over a period of 48 hours. The measured concentrations of FRET 11 -0230 ranged between 88 and 94% of their nominal values in samples of 3.2, 5.6 AND 10 mg/l test solutions at 0 and 48 hours. The study met the acceptability criteria prescribed by the protocol and was considered valid. The 48 h EC50 was 5.6 mg/L with 95 % confidence limits of 5.0 - 6.4 mg/L. The NOEC was 3.2 mg/L and the LOEC was 5.6 mg/L.
