Additional information

Following different studies includes estimated study for the target chemical  to observe the long-term toxicity test chemical to fish.

The study was conducted to determine the effects of test chemical on survival rate of freshwater fish, Oncorhynchus mykiss. test was conducted for the period of 28 days and carried out at pH 7.0-7.8 and hardness 104 mg/L CaCO3. The median lethal concentration of test chemical was observed to be 0.17 -15.61 mg/L.

The another study was conducted to determine the toxic effect of test chemical on mortality of fresh water Oncorhynchus mykiss. The toxic effect of test chemical was conducted for 28 days. The 28 days LC50 and chronic NOEC value for test substance was determined to be 2.9 mg/l and 0.3 mg/l respectively.

Aim of this study was to determine the effect of test chemical on the mortality of early life-stage of Pimephales promela.Toxicity of early life-stage test with Pimephales promelas was conducted in flow-through system for 28 days. The 28 days EC20 & LC50 value for test substance was observed to be 1.27 mg/l & 30.6 mg/l respectively. Based on above observation, test chemical considered to be not classified as per the CLP classifiaction criteria.
