The vapour pressure was measured with the dynamic method in the temperature range of 125 °C to 245 °C. The measured vapour pressures at the corresponding temperatures are listed in following Table:

 Temperature / °C  Vapour pressure / hPa
 125.3

 7.9

 144.2  20.0
 163.8  49.5
 192.3 146.0
 208.8  249.3
 228.0  495.2
 244.9  695.8
 222.1  399.0
 197.8  194.0
 176.5  96.6

The values for 20, 25 and 50 °C are calculated, using the Antoine constants A, B and C as

shown in Table 2.

Table 2: Antoine parameters and extrapolated vapour pressures

 T/°C  p/hPa   log(p/hPa) = A+B/(C+T[°C])
 20  9.9E-5  A = 6.64455
 25  2.6E-4  B = -1320.38
 50  1.2E-2  C = 103.99
Conclusions:
Vapour pressure: 9.9E-5 hPa at 20°C
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure was determined following the dynamic method according to OECD guideline 104.

Vapour pressure: 9.9E-5 hPa at 20°C

The laboratory complied with a GLP standard according §19b ChemG certified last 17./18.06.2014.

Additional information

The vapour pressure was determined following the dynamic method according to OECD guideline 104.

Vapour pressure extrapolated: 9.9E-5 hPa at 20°C

The laboratory complied with a GLP standard according §19b ChemG certified last 17./18.06.2014.

Study was conducted as the result from supporting study (OXEA 2010: 3 hPa@20°C) strongly devited from VP measurement data of homologous aldehydes.
