Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Test results - initial test:

No generation or spontaneous ignitions were observed in any of the tests.

Test information - Final Test:

10 gr of the sample was charged to a round bottom flask which was connected to a pressure equalised dropping funnel containing 20 ml of water and an automated gas burette system. The water was then added rapidly to the flask. The rate and quantity of gas generated was measured for 7 hours or until the gas generation had ceased. the test was conducted three times.

Full Test results:

 Run 3  10.0  No  0.5  Not tested

The sample was observed to react slowly with no significant gas generation, forming a pale yellow solid. The generated gas was not tested for flammability.

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
The sample was observed to react slowly with water forming a white solid. The generated gas was not tested for flammability.
Conclusions:
Test Results for the test item: The sample was observed to react slowly with no significant gas generation, forming a pale yellow solid. The generated gas was not tested for flammability.
The test item is Non-Hazardous.

No reaction was observed in any test. Therefore, the sample is not a pyrophoric liquid.

Interpretation of results:
not classified based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
No reaction was observed in any test. Therefore, the sample is not a pyrophoric liquid.
Endpoint:
