Remarks:
at atm. press. of ca.1.0 hPa

Any other information on results incl. tables

No ignition was detected at temperatures below 400 °C, the upper temperature limit of the test.

On inspection after the test the sample basket was observed to be empty, which is consistent with the sample having melted. However, there is no clear indication from the temperature/time trace as to when, or at what temperature, this happend.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test substance did not ignite below 400 deg. C.
Executive summary:

The test was carried out on 1 sample.

The test sample was placed in an open-top stainless stell wire-mesh cube of side length 20 mm, which was suspended in an oven. The oven was programmed with a temperature increase of 0.5 °C/minute up to 400 °C. Oven air temperature as well as the temperature at the center of the test sample were monitored throughout the test. No ignition was detected at temperatures below 400 °C.
