Principles of method if other than guideline:
Different amounts of the test item and 100 ml of n-octanol were stirred at 30°C for 24, 48 and 72 h. Afterwards the mixtures were conditioned at 20.0 °C ± 0.5 °C for 24 h and then the supernatant solutions were filtered (first using 0.2 µm filter RC 58, Whatman and after that 0.02 µm filter Anatop 25 plus, Whatman). The content of the test item in the sampies was analyzed by means of UV/VIS spectrometry with external calibration. For calibration
amounts of the test item were dissolved in DMF applying ultrasound, diluted in n-octanol and measured against n-octanol as reference.
