First-aid measures

- Following inhalation:

Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell.

- Following skin contact:

Wash with plenty of water and soap. If skin irritation or rash occurs, get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.

- Following eye contact:

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.

- Following ingestion:

Rinse mouth. Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell

Fire-fighting measures

- Suitable extinguishing media:

Dry chemicals, Carbon dioxide, Alcohol foam or Water spray.

- Unsuitable extinguishing media:

Not known.

- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:

Thermal decomposition or combustion may produce carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides.

- Advice for fire fighter: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and complete personal protective equipment. Move containers away from fire areas if it can be done. If impossible to remove containers from fire zone, cool them with water spray.

Accidental release measures

- Protective equipment and emergency procedures:

see below

- Environmental precautions:

Prevent form entering into drains, ditches or rivers.

- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Sweep up, place in a bag and hold for waste disposal. Wash spill site with soap and plenty of water after material pick-up is complete.

Handling and storage

- Precautions for safe handling:

Handle as an organic dust.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

Avoid breathing dust.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace.

Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood.

- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:

Keep in container tightly closed. Store in a cool dry place. Protect from direct contact with water or excessive moisture, acids or bases.

Store locked up.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Technical protection measures

Use general and/or local exhaust ventilation to control dusts. Provide safety showers and eyewashes.

Hand protection:

Gloves material. : e.g. outside Polyvinyl chloride.

inside Polyester 55%, Cotton 45%

Body protection: Wear suitable working clothes, hand protection and boots.

Eye protection: Use safety glasses. If there is a potential to exposure for dust, wear safety goggles.

Respiratory protection: If dusts are generated, wear suitable dust respirator.

Stability and reactivity

1. Reactivity

The specific test data of the reactivity hazards is not available.

2. Chemical stability

Stable under normal and anticipated storage and handling conditions.

3. Possibility of hazardous reactions

Hazardous polymerization does not occur.

4. Conditions to avoid

High temperature.

5. Incompatible materials

Oxidizing agents, strong acids or bases

6. Hazardous decomposition products

Thermal decomposition or combustion may produce carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and sulfur oxides.

Disposal considerations

1) Waste disposal according to 91/689/EEC in the corresponding versions (hazardous waste).

2) Consider classifications(European waste catalogue)02 01 or 07 04.

3) Consult the appropriate local authorities about special requirement.

4) Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local /national/international regulations.
