Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The molecule is relatively insoluble in oil and very readily soluble in water and is a surfactant.Attempst to measure the partiiton coefficient directly have proved to be unsuccessful. To the best knowledge we stimate that solubility is at least a thousand times that of solubility in oil , suggesting that the value of log Pow will be less than -3.
