Key result
Test procedure:
burning rate test: preliminary screening test
Remarks on result:
other: The test substance could not be ignited, although it emitted yellow sparks and melted in contact with the ignition source. After removal of the ignition source, no more sparks were observed. The molten test substance turned brown.

The results of the preliminary test indicates, that the main study did not have to be performed.

Interpretation of results:
not classified based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
In conclusion, TMP is not "highly flammable" according to the criteria of the directive.
