Conclusions:
The average surface tension of duplicate 90% saturated solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 71.3 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of a 90% saturated solution of the test substance in water was determined under GLP in accordance with OECD TG 115. The tests were performed in thoroughly cleaned measurement vessels. High purity water used for sample preparation was checked to be in the water tolerance/calibration factor range of 0.990 to 1.010. Two separate experiments were carried out. The sample solutions were prepared by weighing an aliquot of the substance of about 0.2 g into 200 mL of high purity water. The sample solution was then shaken at 30 °C for 24 hours, re-equilibrated at 20 °C for 15.5 hours, centrifuged at 13000 rpm for 15 minutes, diluted to 90% of its former concentration with high purity water and finally transferred to the clean measuring vessel. Several measurements of the surface tension were performed. The average surface tension of duplicate 90% saturated solutions of the substance was 71.3 mN/m at 20 °C ± 0.5 °C.
