Description of key information

The short-term toxicity to fish is determined by read-across to the structural analogue substance (EC 297 -025 -4/CAS 93281 -13 -1). The source and the target substance have the same structure in respect to the anionic constituents.

The study on the source substance was conducted according to the OECD Guideline 203 (Fish, Acute Toxicity Test) resulted on one LC50=117.7 mg/L, and at the maximum concentration tested no deaths were observed. These results lead to the conclusion that the substance is not harmful to fish and the same conclusion is applicable to the target substance.
