Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
comparable to guideline study with acceptable restrictions
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
other: DIN EN ISO 697 'Determination of apparent Density'
GLP compliance:
yes (incl. QA statement)
Type of method:
other: mass of a given volume
Type:
bulk density
Density:
0.626 g/cm³
Remarks on result:
other: room temperature
Conclusions:
The bulk density of Bayscript gelb GGN was determined as 0.626 g/mL at room temperature.
Executive summary:

The test was performed as stipulated DIN EN ISO 697 ‘Determination of apparent Density’. The mass of the empty vessel was determined. The funnel of the filling equipment was completely filled with Bayscript gelb GGN. The vessel was placed under the funnel and the closing plate was removed. The substance fell down in the vessel. The overlaying substance was removed by a scraper, so that the vessel was completely filled without overlying. The mass of the filled vessel was determined.

The bulk density of Bayscript gelb GGN was determined as 0.626 g/mL at room temperature.
