Description of key information

Supporting study:

Bioaccumulation was assessed according to the procedure of testing new chemicals required by the Chemical Control Law of Japan (METI). The test was conducted on Cyprinus carpio, exposed under flow-through conditions to nominal concentrations of 0.2 and 2 mg/L. Analysis was performed using Ultraviolet visible light spectrophotometer. The resulting BCFs were < 0.4 and < 3.7 for 2 and 0.2 mg/L, respectively, indicating very low bioaccumulation potential.
