Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Water solubility is loading rate dependent_OECD 105/EU Method A.6_20 +/- 0.5 °C_mean TOC concentration: 5.69 x 10E-2 g/L at 0.1 g/L loading rate, 0.386 g/L at 1 g/L loading rate and 1.710 g/L at 10 g/L loading rate, respectively.
Read-across substance_Phosphoric acid, mono- and di-(C8-C10) ester, compds. with C12 - 14 amine_visual inspection: < 1.7 x 10E-3 g/L at 21.5 +/- 0.5 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
0.057 g/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

As the target substance is a complex UVCB, the flask method according to OECD Guideline 105 / EU Method A.6 was considered as most appropriate method in order to determine the water solubility (Fox, 2013). Based on the chemical nature of the substance, a definitive water solubility result would not be possible. Thus, the loading rate effects based on mean TOC (Total Organic Carbon) concentrations were investigated.

The read-across substance can be considered as slightly miscible in water.
