Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results and discussion

Absorption in different matrices:
Dermal absorption of the test substance was predicted to be low with an estimated dermal permeability coefficient (Kp) of 4.37E-006 cm/h and a dermal absoprtion rate of 3.05E-003 mg/cm²/event. The maximum flux Imax (Imax = Kp [cm/h] x water solubility [mg/cm³]) was calculated, resulting in dermal absorption of 1 µg glycine/cm²/h.
