Additional information

A full data set is available; acute endpoints for three trophic levels are available as well as three long-term endpoints.

Fish 96h-LC50 of 50.2 mg/L is the lowest endpoint of the three available acute endpoints.

The Daphnia magna reproduction study gave the lowest long-term endoint, the 21d-EC10 is 1.03 mg/L. This endpoint is used for PNEC derivation.

The PNECstp was derived from the only available microorganisms assay. The median effect level was determined to be >100 mg/L. As a worst case, 100 mg/L was used in the risk assessment.
