Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): positive
It is concluded that 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide induced micronuclei in the polychromatic erythrocytes of the bone marrow of mice treated up to 300 mg/kg/day, a dose at which clinical signs and evidence of bone marrow toxicity was seen.
