Description of key information
The vapour pressure of alpha-cyclodextrin was determined by calculation using MPBPWIN v.1.43 (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) because the substance decomposes before boiling. It is estimated by three methods (Antoine, modified Grain and Mackay method).

The calculation of the vapor pressure was performed using MPBPWIN v.1.43 (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) on a personal computer running Windows 7. The structure is entered into MPBPWIN by SMILES notations. Vapor Pressure is estimated in MPBPWIN by three methods (Antoine, modified Grain and Mackay method).
The study can be considered reliable and suitable for use as the key study for this endpoint.
