F-DIOX Formate does not show flash point up to 80°C, therefore the substance was classified as not flammable.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Flash Point is the relevant property taken in account to determine the flammability of a liquid. According to REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008,a Flammable liquid means a liquid having a flash point of not more than 60 °C.

F-DIOX Formate does not show flash point up to 80°C, temperature at which during the experimental test (test conducted according to ISO no: 3680:2005 guideline) the pilot flame went up.

Based on the above reported the substance was classified as not flammable.
