Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery is not economically feasible.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None known.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Recommended method at a suitable facility. Waste gas

treatment to remove oxides of nitrogen, boron, cobalt and

hydrogen fluoride should be fitted. (A661)

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: The substance is insoluble in water and can be separated

from aqueous medium by sedimentation and filtration

processes at an effluent plant.

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance will not enter the public domain.
