A sensitisation study was not performed because the substance is a strong acid (pKa -4.9) and classified as corrosive to the skin. Because data are lacking HBF4 could not be classified for sensitisation according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
