Temperature: 21.5 ± 0.5 ºC

Mean density: 2.45 x 103kg/m3

Relative density: 2.45

Duplicate determinations were performed to ensure a reproducibility of less than ± 0.02 g/cm3 was obtained.

Conclusions:
The relative density of trisodium hydrogen diphosphate was determined to be 2.45 at 21.5 ± 0.5 ºC.
This study is considered to be appropriate and reliable for use as a key study in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006(REACH). No further testing is required.

Description of key information

One key study exists. This study (Woolley A, 2012) was conclusive, done to a valid guideline (EU Method A.3) and the study was conducted under GLP conditions. It is therefore scientifically justified for use as a key study under Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The relative density of the test item has been determined to be 2.45 at 21.5 ± 0.5°C.
