Remarks on result:
other: Value representing the concentration of Sn in the test medium. Test duration: 7 days; Concentration of test sample: 10 mg/L load
Water solubility:
< 39 µg/L
pH:
ca. 8
Remarks on result:
other: Value representing the concentration of Sn in the test medium. Test duration: 7 days; Concentration of test sample: 100 mg/L load
Details on results:
The total concentration of many elements was detected after 24, 96 and 168 hours at concentrations 1, 10 and 100 mg/L of test item.
Aluminium, Antimony, Iron and Copper were not detectable after 24, 96 and 168 hours at the 3 concentrations.
Lead was not detctable at a concentration of 1 mg/L of test item but was between 0.2 and 1.2 mg/L at 10 mg/L of test item and between 1.4 and 9 mg/L at 100 mg/L of test item.
As for Tin, it was not detectable after 24 hours at the 3 concentrations of melting residues and its detectable concentrations varied between 0.1 and 39 mg/L for the 3 concentrations after 96 and 168 hours.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): insoluble (< 0.1 mg/L)
The test item was found higly insoluble in water as the total concentration of Sn and other elements is < 0.1 mg/L.
